Training in Greater Orlando, FL area

All,

I'm pretty good on the range with several pistols.. but in a home defense situation (day or night) I'm not sure how I'll react, or what to do other than point at the bad guy and shoot (duh). Are there any classes or training offered in Orlando (or somewhere within an hour or two) that teaches tactics in home defense sitations? Other than the obvious of course Things like how to store guns safely but within easy reach, scare someone off (e.g. dogs, racking noises, etc, phraseology), using ordinary things in homes for concealment, gadgets (flashlights) and their use, protecting loved ones, moving around, possibly even some disarming techniques, etc.

And speaking of Johnathon and Rachel, we have other NRA home defense type classes at Port Malabar Rifle & pistol club. There may be a list online.
