Where to buy black powder (not Pyrodex) near Portland, Oregon?

Sorry to post such a location-specific question, but does anyone know a shop near Portland, Oregon (or Vancouver, WA) that sells Goex or other real black powder?

I don't want to buy online, because I'll have to buy way more than I want in order to offset the hazmat fee.

No. Just many, if not most, stores don't want to hassle with the additional red tape to have it in their inventory, mostly because it is a low-explosive. It's supposedly not so much a misuse issue as a fire issue. Some states require paperwork for recording each transaction and purchaser.

Anyone know of a supplier in Central Ky? I used to get it at Gamaliel's but they only carry subs now.
