I was shopping this A.M. at the various local gunnies, looking for a bargain on an M 1 Carbine. Failing to find that, my attention was drawn to some police trade in shottys from a local sheriff's dept. S&W Model 3000's in various configs. and states of repair. One with a 20 inch bbl. followed me home (after paying a 170.00 ransom). The action is quite smooth, she is mechanically sound and the bore appears to have had very few rounds put thru it.

I know that this model has been discontinued, but i was wondering where I can find aftermarket add ons for it. Thanks for your input!

Should be a lot of add on goodies floating around for it under S&W.........and it is also a Mossberg 3000, so look for things under either name.

They were made by Howa in Japan.
