I have a brother who owns a DPMS in .308 and it has been a great rifle.

One of my co-workers has a DPMS Panther .223 which has been a great rifle as well.

You can get a new DPMS AR15 for that price.

What is the rail?

For $650 I would buy a mil-spec PSA.
