Grips for my Shadow?

Hi Guys.

My CZ75 Shadow came with the plastic grips, and I have seen different types of grips on this forum.
If you have a Shadow with custom grips, where did you get them?
Also when looking for grips, do I need to specify the pistol that these grips are for?
