Finished my 'custom' AK mag release!
Well after day of tinkering with it I am proud to report that I am happy with my new AK release!
Took some searching but it is all steel (Did try alum... I bent it) Here are a few pics. See what u think? This is prior to the final tweaks. Leftside So my thumb can reach it better Rightside No extension. I am playing around with the idea to make an ambi one.

It kinda reminds of hammer extension for contenders and such. It looks very effective though.

looks nice, I would have flipped it around in hopes to maybe be able to use my trigger finger on it. Either way it should help matters.

This is the mag release I really liked. but its out of production. So i kinda went to this design. Quote:

it was 100% made in the USA by me a few days ago.
