best 7.62x54r surplus?

What is the best surplus ammo for Mosin Nagants?
Russian?
Bulgarian?
Hungarian?
Yugo?
definatly not czech it doesnt feed for S*** in my Mosins, Ive had good experiences with Yugoslavian
I also found some Armour piercing Incendiary about 5$ for 20 rounds but Im not sure if thats legal in North Carolina

I prefer the Yugo. It feeds better and seems to be a little more accurate than the others I have tried. It is also easier to find.
