Will the price of cartridge conversions come back down?

I bought my R&D cylinder almost a year and a half ago from Midway USA on sale for $175. Now the price of them have gone up dramatically. Is there any chance of the price coming back down?

I don't think you well see $175 again. I've seen used ones go for more.

I paid $239 for mine five years ago. I think you got a deal for $175!

Unless someone sells theirs used because they're strapped for cash.

I'm unsure whether things will go for cheaper prices now.

If the political climate keeps going in the direction the way it has, I doubt you'll be allowed to buy them at all.

Saw the 2010 pricing schedules for several of the manufacturers we carry this passed week. Nothing is going down and many of the small items we used to carry are now gone.
