When you "reply" to a post you'll see some icons in the reply toolbar. The Bold, Italic and Underlined buttons on the left. At the other end of this toolbar, second from the right is a "speech bubble" icon.
Click on this and it puts the quote code where your cursor was in the reply box. Then you just copy the post or part there of you want to quote and paste it in between code prefix and suffix: [QUOTE ] quoted text in here!!! [ /QUOTE]
