Kimber Ultra CDP II back to Kimber for repair

I have a case of the "stripped bushing hole in the frame" syndrome...after doing a simple grip change....gun has 500 rounds through it, and is less than a year old...my expectations are very high for the price I paid for it....

Was going to take to a local gun smith...but decided to call Kimber customer service....process was simple, described my problem, and they said....we will do everything we can to fix my problem.

They paid for my shipping with 2nd day air to arrive Wednesday. I will keep you posted on how long it will take.....but so far an excellent start to customer service.....

Let me guess Red Bull and a cordless drill?...lol

All jokes aside, good luck and do you think you over torqued it?

Hopefully they take care of you quickly. I had a cracked frame and it took 10 weeks.
