M3 Benelli and no chokes?

I just realized that my new shotgun came with no chokes. I don't know much about shotguns but don't all shotguns have some sort of choke of chokes that come with it? I went to Benelli USA's website but I don't see an email address or anything regarding chokes. The manual doesn't say anything about this. Please help!

Your shotgun certainly has a choke, it may not have extra tubes. Or, the choke is an integral part of the bore. This is called a fixed choke. Look on the bbl and see if there's a marking saying something like, "Modified", "Improved Cylinder",etc.

Dave is right, your shotgun probably comes from the factory with cylinder bore. Not many "tactical" shotguns come with removable choke tubes, although my Benelli M1 S90 Tactical came with three -- IC, M and F.

All M3SuperDuper90s came with non-internally threaded (i.e., no additional screw-on choke tubes) cyclinder choked barrels. M1s came with treaded barrels for additional chokes. Why? You tell me man, I only work here.

I think the thinking behind it is that the gun with the 20" bbl would normally be used in short range tactical/defense situations that additional choke would not make a difference. Then why on the M1? (elbows bent, hands palms up, shoulders raised)

Benelli does (or at least did) sell a 26" or 28" berrel for the M3 that had a treaded barrel and additional chokes but these things were ~$350 apiece! I'd rather get another gun. M1 berrels and M3 barrels do not interchange due to the auto/pump action of the M3.
