Holster For Ruger Old Army
Just got a Ruger Old Army BP 45. Will be packing it on muzzle load hunting trips and looking for sources on holsters to choose from. Was kinda thinking about using a shoulder rig but not sure if that's practical. I think though I'd rather carry it that way then on my hip. Thanks.

For a massive gun like the Old Army, I like a shoulder rig. However, unless it's a chest type holster, won't it get in the way of the carrying straps for your backpack?

I was thinking of a shoulder rig myself but haven't found one yet. Ideas?
