Another Range Report

Went shooting today. Daughter is getting in some pratice for the Nationals
next month. Here's her 25 yd 10 shot target she shot today with her 32
muzzleloader pistol, one handed. Scores a 86, She is 12. Sorry, but Dads
like to brag.

That's a nice group one handed at 25 yards. What kind of pistol is she shooting?

Oh yeah, & "Where's your target?". She out shot you, didn't she

bet ya that the target she"s holding was her 1st. target , then she moved on to dads to show him how its done..... kwhi......you just keep praticing, maybe..just maybe... she"ll help you hone your shooting skills. lol

That is a cute kid and some dandy offhand shooting for a 12 year old. You have every right to be proud.

Her pistol is a 32 cal made by Rob Lewis of Ohio. Barrel is 6 inches. She has
to shoot this one hand un-supported in the Jr. compentition. Her load is a
"0" Buckshot ball and 15 grs Goex Black Powder and a .010 thick patch. This
is a very light pistol and fits her just perfect. This she will use the rest of her life.

Customizing custom.

Could a model of her C&B be made as an altogether smaller and lighter design with emphasis on maintaining the strength and size of the firing mechanism's areas ... by this same maker?

Designed of course to fire somewhat lighter loads, but smaller, lighter. Very slim, heavy slim grips.
