Oak Harbor, WA upholds RKBA in council meeting
http://youtu.be/TxHnCei4wzg
At a city council meeting on Jan. 15, 2013 a young man spoke, and the issue came up about whether he was carrying at the time. The city attorney says that the council has no authority to ask him, but if he is he's free to volunteer that information. After he admits he is currently carrying one council member makes a motion to have him removed. The motion fails, and the Mayor apologizes to him. Boy, I can move to this place. Right next door. Hopefully the town will get rid of one council member.
