Weird M38
Need help - have a mosin M38, none of the serial numbers match, doesn't have a cleaning rod or barrel bands. Parts are from Tula and Izhevsk

I am also wondering the same as carguychris. does it have a handguard or is that missing too? I agree with the assertion that it is a parts gun. very little collectors value. it's a shooter, not a cabinet queen.
