I'm not really satisfied with mine and the ones that I've seen that have been worked on left room for improvement. They seem to catch on a rod shaped part behind the trigger putting a hiccup in the pull. Is that just from poor work? Are there any after market triggers you would recommend? I don't want to spend a whole lot but shooting off a bench when you're not happy with a trigger is frustrating.
Thanks in advance. |

Little-e, Volquartsen makes a drop in hammer for about $33. Power Custom has a hammer and sear package for $55.95. The Volquartsen hammer is supposed to reduce your pull by 50% and the Power Custom folks claim that their package will give you a 2-1/2# pull. I was thinking that Volquartsen had some kind of package as well but I don't find it listed. These are available from Brownells (515) 623-5401. You can contact Volquartsen to find out what they do offer at (712) 792-4238 and Power Custom at(573) 372-5684. George
