Mil surplus head case separation

I acquired some mil surplus brass and I was planning on scrapping some cases based on some warning signs. Is this warranted or just over cautious?

Did you run a paper clip on the inside of the case to see if you could feel a crack? What you see may just be the end of the sizing process.

I don't see anything to worry about in your photo's. You are using Full length dies and not Small base dies are you not?

Full length dies yes. I'll try the paper clip thing.

That's just the part of the case the sizing ring doesn't size because its in the shell holder. Totally normal, load on

I use the paper clip method and I have not felt any thing funny.

But I took one of my 8mm Mauser that I could feel a slight bulge at that line on the out side of the case. I took the dremmel and cut it in half.
You could see a line on the inside of the case right were the bulge was on the out side.
I set those aside, Maybe throw them out or use them for light cast loads.
but I dont trust the paper clip.
