Good words for the folks at Hornady
Fellow Enthusisats, may I make a public praise of the good folks at Hornady?
I had been an avid reloader for about 10 years, when, due to expanding family, career, etc. I had to lay off for a while (actually about 10 years). I kept my reloading press, a Hornady Pro-Jector in the garage, because I always felt I would get it worked up at any time, but of course, didn't. This winter, I got the old guy out, and after having been in the garage through Houston, Texas Summer heat, floods, hurricanes, and other weather issues over the years, it was pretty rusted and rough. I cleaned it up as best I could, but ultimately had to send it back to Nebraska for a look. Within two weeks, I got a call from them, and they told me it was fixed up and ready to go . . . no charge. It's up and running again and producing at volume. These people stand by their product, and when a good American company does that, I feel people should know. Thanks. |

I to have had great expeiences with reloading companies including hornady. Customer service has gotten worse in most every industry. I believe that most other industries continue to lower the standards, while these reloading folks keep what should be the "standard". They truly do stand behind there product.
