Marlin 22lr not ejecting
The bolt is grabbing the case but not spitting it out. I have to pull it loose to chamber another round. Any ideas??

I got an idea. Why not try giving the model number and a little better description of your problem.
Lots of folks would be glad to help but we have to know what gun you have. Please go into a little more detail.. |

I can do that. It's a model 25. It's a bolt action rile. My problem is that after discharging a round and opening the bolt the spent cartridge remains attached to the front of the bolt instead of being ejecting out of the hole where the brass is supposed to pop out. It remains held in place by two small clamps. I have to pull each round out manually.
From what I can tell the inner clamp must move enough to release the case and the pressure from the outer clamp pops it out. |

Your ejector is broken. Midway has them.
