I was in K-mart the other day, and of course went to the gun case and saw a Marlin break action single shot .410. It looked just like a NEF or H&R. Same wood and everything. Are they being contracted?

Since when did this start?
I will be buying a .410 in the near future, and am wondering.
I can't find it on the Marlin site, and I can't find a NEF or H&R site at all.
