reviews of thigh holsters
anybody ever had one/ used one? did you like it what you think? thinking about getting one for when i go hunting to carry it. just wanted peoples opinions

if you are going wandering through the woods a thigh holster exposes your weapon to more knocks and dings and gets caught on brush more than carrying in a belt holster.
The holsters I have used, this is in a tactical role: Safariland 6004- top notch, very secure, comfortable. Bianchi UM84 (M12) on molle leg platform- protects weapon with full flap but can be converted to thumbreak option, not sized for a particular pistol so it is great for a wide variety of duty sized autos. |

Safariland 6004 is the only option, in my expereince.
