;) Wet paint?

Reading a post about a persons new rifle and he was in about $4K b ut could not shoot it yet because it was being painted up. Do they really shoot better when painted three colors?

Just like those flames painted on cars add horespower, maybe that paint adds a little extra velocity to the bullet...

A couple of coats of Krylon would tighten those groups of yours right up!
