single shot shotgun?

I am new to this forum, but not to guns. I have perchased a old single shot shotgun from a friend of a friend. It is very old and I cant find out who made it. the only thing on the gun is "cannon breach" and the serial #.
any clue for the newbe.

It was made by Hopkins & Allen from 1898 - 1915.

thanks for the help, yes I have pictures but I`m an idiot on this machine. dont have a clue how to put one on here. I bought the gun a few months ago from a lady that works with my son. it is in great shape and was just wondering who made it.
