Do you use a aftermarket recoil pad?

I have a Remington PSS .308 that kicks pretty hard and want to replace the recoil pad. The old shoulder can't take the beating like it once could. After many years of High power and Trap&Skeet shooting things are starting to caught up with me.

Is there any good slip-on pads that work well? I wouls like to use something that works well and looks pretty good.

I use a Limbsaver precision fit on my Tikka T3 Lite (6.3lbs) in 300WM and it really helps a lot.

The Pachmayr slip-on works well. Inexpensive, but not exactly pretty though.

Both the Limbsavers and the Kick-Eez are great recoil pads and worth the money.
