Nice. I'd love to get one, it's just hard to make the commitment. The Custom Shop built guns just have a tremendous feel to them. The slide/frame fit feel is just incredible.

Nice. Can't wait to see your range report.

Thanks! I agonized over the money as well, particularly since it's going to be my carry gun. Then again I'm paying $60,000 a year in college costs for my two sons and I don't regret a cent of that, so I figured I was worth it lol ... A once in a lifetime purchase, at least for me.

Range report (sorry no pictures was with my two sons).

We were shooting bulk UMC 230g hardball.

No malfunctions (put about 100 rounds through it). It felt good in everyone's hands. My oldest son (3rd Ranger Battalion) shot the best a 6 shot group inside of a 2" circle at 15 yards rapid fire (2 shots per second). We then shot cans at 30 yards. Almost very shot a hit for all three of us. It's a nice gun.

I shot my V16 Longslide a bit better but I've been shooting it for 13 years and my youngest did terrific with his G36 one handed and off handed at 15 yards.

Overall a good day at the range.
