How do I change the turret on a Redding T-7?

I have a new Redding T-7 turret press. I cannot figure out how to change the turret and the owner's manual doesn't give any hints. There is a large allen screw in the top center but I can't get it to budge and I don't want to force it. I've searched the internet but haven't found any help there either.

Does anyone know how this is supposed to be done?

Thanks!

Yup, the big allen screw on top. It's stiff, but give it a go.
Make sure the allen wrench fits properly and is all the way in the socket.
I don't re-tighten it that hard.
Don't forget to grease.
