Ammo shelf gave way...what a mess

Here's a shot of the ammo crash I heard from the other room. Now this one made a wicked sound that went on for a while. Glad I wasn't sitting there! Gave me a chance to do an inventory again and to re-arrange a bit. Shelf is now very secure and part of the wall now.

Yikes! I have been having fears of the same storing in garage wall cabinets. Just today, I have started moving the main quantities into .50 cal ammo cans on the floor.

Obviously it was that WOLF crap that corrupted everything and made your mess!

I lost a shelf like that also. I came home and everything was on the floor.

When I redid it, I kept the ammo on the bottom shelf of a book case. Never really realized how much 1,000 .45 Colt loads would weigh. (Nor did I realize what a lousy carpenter I was when I put it up.)

Sounds like you might have too much ammo. I'll take some off your hands if you need it. Be glad to help.

Gave way huh? Means you have way too much ammo and should give me at least half the stock!
