Galco Pattle Holster

I am looking for a new holster for my Glock 19. Currently I have a ruger serpa pattle holster and I like it but it sticks out a little too far for concealed carry. Now I have a nice IWB I use alot but I want a good OWB holster to wear as well. I am wanting a leather holster, maybe a pancake style but I really like the pattle holsters. Now for my question, how close to the body to are the galco leather pattle holsters and can anyone give me some feedback on them?

A paddle holster generally will stick out because of their design. I find that the desantis speed scabbard or a galco cop 3 slot work well for owb. Price is reasonable also,about $65.00 + shipping.
