installing fixed sight

hey i had a question about installing a fixed rear sight on a russian makarov IJ 70. my question is when i put the sight on do i just screw it down with the screw or is there some type of locktight i need to put on it. any help would be appreciated.

I haven't done this personally but I've read blue Loctite been used in this setting.

If you use blue loctite and change your mind it's no big deal. I'd use it.
