C&R License Process

Question on the C&R license process.

I've sent in my application and just received a rather thick package in the mail that includes a bunch of manuals/legal ordinances/etc. -- but nothing that looks like an actual license (with my name, some sort of license number, or expiration date).

Is this normal? Should I expect a separate mailing with the actual license certificate - or is there some license included in this package that I'm just not seeing?

Appreciate the help.
