Gerber Exchange-A-Blade
Hi folks-
Wasn't sure of the best forum to post this in. My girlfriend just bought me a Gerber Exchange-A-Blade for graduation from MBA school. She got me the package that contains the boning blade, drop point blade, and bone saw. My question is...is it possible to purchase the gut hook separately? I know it's not necessary, but I've always used one and would like to buy it if possible. In case anyone is interested, it's a great feeling knife with a hefty feel and seems very sturdy. Like every Gerber I've owned, it's got a great blade that I'm sure will sharpen easily and hold it's edge. I've always used a folder for my whitetail needs, but am hoping to test it out before I start work at the first of the year. Thanks, in advance, for any advice. |

I haven't seen them for sale individually but you might check with Gerber.
