Ultimatum Fanny Pack

Anyone remembers this fanny pack holster from the (Israeli?) company, Ultimatum? They used to have a damn good fanny pack and I think they got sued by DeSantis (patent ?). They closed ops in the US shortly after that. I wonder if their pack can still be purchased overseas.

BTW, what was the actual deal with them and DeSantis? Anyone knows? From the sounds of it, it looks like DeSantis holds a patent of some sort on fanny pack holsters and that any company planning to produce one needs to pay them some sorta royalty.
