NAA 22lr ASSEMBLY
I have a naa 22lr mini revolver and I took the top cover off to clean it and when I pulled the cover off it flew apart. I have all the internals back in place but I can't seem to line up the screw and top cover to get it back together. Any advice on what I can do would be appreciated.

I think that screw has a reverse LH thread, and, if it does, you need a special tool to keep everything aligned and in place while you put the sideplate back on.
The tool isn't anything sophisticated; It consists of a piece of LH thread stock in a knurled handle. |

I've made disassembly (ie. I shouldn't have taken it apart) errors myself. What I do with my NAA's is to remove the grip panels and dunk the gun in WD-40. Let it soak for a good while brushing what needs to be brushed, then use compressed air to take out the excess oil, return the grips and I'm good to go. I've found that to be so much easier. I've found those type of guns are verging on watch repair and I can't fix watches so I leave them together. Smithy.
