Combo cuff-case/flashlight holder

Does anyone know of a manufacturer that makes a combination cuff-case and flashlight holder for plainclothes/off-duty use? Yes...lots of magazine/flashlight and magazine/cuff combos...but I seem unable to find a cuff/flashlight product.

Thanks!

Mike
