Browning Challenger

I attempted to clean my father in-law's Browning Challenger(looks like an High-Standard) .22 target pistol.

The pistol was submerged in the great flood of Houston.

When I took the left grip panel off, the trigger return spring fell to the floor.

It's a flat piece of wire that's almost bent inhalf. Now I been taking guns apart and putting them back togather again for years, but, this is the first time that I cannot figure out how in the hell to put the damn spring back. aarrrgggghhhh!!!!!

I need HELP! Anyone out there with one of these Brownings or a High-Standard?

Thanks!

Joe, if you'll e-mail me to remind me I'll send you some illustrated instructions. George
