Rafter Gunleather in Missouri
I ordered two holsters in early January. After they overcharged my credit card, I expanded the order to include a belt. Phoning on my order status, they promised to ship them by the end of the week 4 different times. They would not respond to email at all. I finally had VISA issue a credit last week. Sad to see a small business with a reputation for quality on a sure road to destruction.

I had problems for weeks with them. Telling me it'll ship, didn't, call, it'll ship, doesn't, it shipped, it didn't. Same problems when I needed a replacement piece of hardware. I like the belt I got from them finally, but I won't buy from them again. Sorry to hear it wasn't an isolated incident.

Rafter S Gunleather
Wow, I'm sorry to hear about that. It must be a relatively recent thing; I ordered a belt from them last year and had no problems at all. There was a wait, sure, but they charged my card for exactly what they said they would (when they started cutting leather), and the belt showed up about two weeks later.
I wear it every day and it still looks practically new, so I think their reputation for quality is well-deserved. Other people make quality leather, too, and life's too short to keep returning to a shop that gives you a runaround like that. I hope they get things sorted out and back on track.
