louisiana marsh

Anyonw here hunt the Louisiana marsh? how do you tell what is a lease and what is public waters? It all looks the same. my fishing guide has pointed out leases to me before and it looks just like any other section of marsh, grass growing in the middle of the shallow marsh. I asked this question over on rodnreel and those guys were no help at all.

ive been scouting for places to blast some nutria, i was told by several land owners that if its not clearly posted they just continue right on.
