Range report - Armi Sport Enfield
I was able to get to the range for a little bit today to shoot my Armi Sport 2-band Enfield.
To start off I used a 1/2" catalog as a target at 50 yards (see 1st picture). It did a lot of damage on the back end (see 2nd pic). Then I fired off some shots at 100 yards. I had a couple of sailors, mainly because of me, not the gun. All shots were seated using 50 grains of Goex 2F, .577 Parker Hale minie greased with SPG lube. The lube is awesome -- over 25 shots and never had to clean the barrel... All in all a good day. |

You are still minute of deer at 50 & 100. I have a Musketoon as a brush gun. The shorter barrel is pretty handy in and around vehicles. The 2 bander is about like the Zouave in length but less heavy which is nice.

That puppy will hold minute of five gallon bucket at 300 yards.
