I carefully arranged my work schedule so I could get in some shooting time with my Kahr K9 I picked up on Sunday afetr my 11 day waiting period.

I loaded my range bag with 250 rounds of ball ammo and 50 rounds of Speer GDHPs for my break-in session with my new Kahr K9. Got in my car and drove 20 minutes to the range. As I pulled up to the CLOSED gate I read the sign:

"CLOSED MONDAYS. WINTER SCHEDULE"

Ahhhhhh!!!!!!

Well, my K9 had no feed failures. Not a single round hit outside the X-ring. Clean up was a breeze. Recoil was virtually non-existent. It is easy to carry. (In the trunk)

stay tuned for when I actually get to shoot the thing...

Me too.

Closed on Mondays...
I hate that. Why would a business want to be closed on a business day?

With a shooting range, I could see being closed on a weekday. Lots of folks do their shooting as a weekend thing. My guy's range is closed on Wednesdays. Seems I always want to go shooting on Wednesdays, too.
