New Chicago Sun Times article on IL gun owners...

I saw a new Chicago Sun Times article on new gun owners having to wait from 10 to 15 weeks for the IL firearm owners ID cards.

A IL gun shop owner/FFL holder stated the ID card should take on 30 days by state mandate but the massive increase in gun sales & firearms caused delays.

The IL officals should spend more $ & devote more manpower to these firearm ID cards or change the SOP & cut the red tape.

The date is Mar 26 2013, the reporter is Mike Danahey.
The Chicago Sun Times article title is: Gun Owners Must Wait 2 More Months.
