What can I polish?

To make my guns work better?
Feed ramp on my .45.......(llama Max-I 1911 copy) What else?
I also have a Mini-14, an SKS (Norinco), Ruger Super Blackhawk, and an Enfield rifle I would like to improve......

The trigger mechanisms can sometimes be greatly improved by just polishing contact surfaces. A very fine abrasive stone ,without changing angles or rounding off surfaces.NO DREMEL. Do some serious reading before attempting !!
