Not sure where to put this, questions about AK receivers

I'm a venerable noob when it comes to this, so please bear with me.

I'm looking at a very distant build based on a m92 Yugo "krinkov" SBR chambered in 7.62x39mm

The problem is, the rifle comes in a kit minus the receiver. From what I've read and asked around from others, Nodak Spud is what I want. However, from their website, it looks like what they sell are stripped down receivers, my question is how hard would it be for someone like me, whom only knows the most basic of household tools, to put one of these receivers together.

If possible I'd like to be able to just send the completed receiver to the smith that will be putting this rifle together instead of buying a completed rifle and cannibalizing it (I have no idea where to look for a completed receiver sadly).

Information on resources or what have you would be appreciated.

Thank you
