Selling Ex-Husband's Firearms Collection

Is it legal for a divorced wife to sell her ex-husband's firearms collection (they are his, but she has them in her possession) to raise money since he hasn't fulfilled any of the divorce decree/marriage settlement property obligations (basically, she hasn't any money or health insurance yet she is in extremely poor health needing to see several doctors each month as well as getting prescriptions filled monthly)? Her situation is that her lawyer will not communicate and has not communicated with her about this matter. P.S. She has an FOID card.

She needs to get another lawyer, not opinions from a bunch of strangers on the internet.

I agree with Vanya. What's more, the question being asked is a domestic relations question, not particularly in line with TFL's purpose.

Accordingly, closed.
