A friend of mine has a Wilson Combat "Protector", and I really like the "Armor Tuff" polymer finish on it. Am thinking about having my Stainless Kimber Ultra Carry done. Anyone have any experience with this finish......Good or Bad? Any recommendations for similar finishes from other companies? Many thanks in advance for the feedback!

Hold off on sending your stainless gun to Wilson`s for his Armour Tuff finish. I sent two of my customers guns to them after I finished building them. One was stainless the other carbon steel . When they came back they both looked great but after drawing in and out of a holster the stainless one is wearing off. I guess it doesn`t adhere as well to stainless as it does to carbon steel.
