.357 Rem. Max Single Shot Pistol for Silhouette
old sneaky pete here: Anyone out there know of anyone shooting silhouette with a .357 Rem Max. single shot pistol???I've got a Canon Breech O/T in the above cal. THANX--SNEAKY

357 max for silhouette
I shot silhouette for quite awhile and I found the 357 max to be a really fun gun to shoot and it was quite accurate. I used a 10 inch barrel for my TC and did pretty well for. My bullet weight of preference was the 180 grain Nosler silhouette.
Oh by the way check out the old Nosler #4 reloading manual in that caliber. I never had a ram when properly hit (dead center) that failed to go down. The biggest problem you may have is in finding brass. I haven't seen it around for awhile. Not to say it is not avaivable just likely hard to find. Have fun it is a great caliber. I still have mine and still enjoy shooting it. |
