What kind of 7.92X57 ammo are you shooting?
I have some 60's German steel case I have been using for twenty years and a 200g hand load. What are you shooting it through?

The last time I took my G43 out (Spring of this year), I used 1942 Canadian 8mm (headstamp 8 MM 42). 154 Gr Flat-based bullet was hitting steel targets at 200 yards easily.
Best of all, non-corrosive ammo. |

;)
That might be BESA 8mm which is very mild compared to the 198g stuff I have. I had to pull in down and pull 10% out of the powder. I think I will shop some 150g Sierra game kings and try them. Even in the Hakim that German stuff is over powered.
