Tagua CZ82 holsters

I bought a couple cheap leather holsters that are not really molded to fit the pistols. The guns slip in but are really tight. I have the guns in plastic bags inside the holster trying to stretch them out. Is there something I could soak the leather in and let dry that will improve the fit?
Any ideas appreciated.

I'll answer my own question. Dip the holster in hot water for 3 seconds. Insert gun wraped in sandwich bag. Message leather around edges of gun and let gun remain in holster til dry. It worked exceptionaly well with about 4 of my holsters that were a little snug.
