Travelling from Kentucky to South Carolina...
...and I'll be in the state for at least a week. So, is a Kentucky CCDW license valid down there there? I've looked over the '06 version of the Traveler's Guide, and at that time I know they didn't have reciprocity between states. Has that changed? Or have their been any significant changes in laws that I should be aware of on the way down?
