The prevalence of IM services and the option of using TFL's PM really preclude any realisitic consideration of providing what would be essentially a redundant service.

With 200 people trying to talk to each other in a chatroom, it would be like reading the ending credits of a movie, in "fast forward."
AOL has a limit of about 24 people per chatroom and with 15000 members we would need dozens of chatroom just to handle a few hundred people.

By the way Mykl............ Have we cut the number of PM messages down to 1? If I have more than one PM in My "in box" I get an email that says it was full? It use to be 5, then 2, now 1?

SodaPop - I'm willing to bet that after this explanation you're going to slap your forehead and loudly exclaim, "Doh!"

On your PM screen change the "Show messages from" number from the default to "the beginning". You should now see all the messages in your folders. Now you can do a major cleanup and you shouldn't have a problem any longer. Be sure to check both the inbox and sent items.

Mal It doesn't make a difference about the "sent" PM messages right?

My entire "inbox" is cleaned out. I didn't think the "sent" messages made a difference. It never says "your sent message box is full. "What is the total number of "sent" and "inbox" message that can be recieved?

I guess I'm too popular and really need a larger mail box.

I believe the total number of saved messages allowed is 70. That includes both in and out.

Yeah, agree a chat room would be redundant.

Although I would LOVE to see how verbose CR Sam is in "real time."

Perhaps he is related to General U.S. Grant who was described by an acquaintance as "a man who could remain silent in several languages."

Remaining silent is easy; try remaining brief.

Not in favor.
