wondering how to PM someone

granted I'm not the most computer friendly person around but you would think I could figure out how to send someone a personal message right?.......

You can either click on someone's user name in the forums to bring up a menu with the option, or click "User CP" which is near the top of the page under "Forum Rules," then click "Send New Message" under "Private Messages."

... or click directly on Private Messages in the "Welcome, nnnnnn" box at the upper right, and then select Send New Message.
